Multi Cal Mag Liquid helps support bone health with a combination of calcium and magnesium, plus essential trace minerals. Chromium is also included for its ability to maintain normal blood glucose levels, while both iodine and selenium aid in the normal function of the thyroid gland.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablespoon 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before each use. Do not drink directly from the bottle.
Cautions
