Life Choice's Ephedra Tincture is a solution made from ephedra extract. Ephedra has a long and sometimes sordid history, though its roots go back to ancient Chinese medicine. Later it was used by both Native Americans and Mormon pioneers and the tea they made from it was known as
"Indian Tea" or "Mormon Tea." Ephedra is a particularly interesting plant because it has several distinct but related instances worldwide. While ephedrine alkaloids may be banned in some countries, ephedra canada extract is typically not regulated. Check with your country's local and federal laws before purchasing this Ephedra Tincture. Despite the laws and generally bad press that ephedra has gotten, it can still be used for several medicinal effects.

Highlights
Instructions for Use
Adults take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) three times daily. May be used for 7 days, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
Benefits
The use of ephedra extract in Chinese medicine has traditionally been to relieve congestion. Because of the way that the active chemical works, it is also effective for the treatment of asthma because it loosens the bronchial passageway to allow more air flow. It also provides some stimulant effects.
The most notable effect, and some would say "side effect" of ephedra is its interaction with how your body burns calories to create energy. Essentially, ephedra causes your body to burn more calories when you exercise, which produces extra heat. This can be dangerous if not carefully moderated.
Using Life Choice Ephedra Tincture should be limited to therapeutic use rather than athletic.
Side effects
The thermogenic effects of ephedra can cause an excess buildup of body heat. This, combined with exercise and poor hydration, can be dangerous and potentially fatal. While the stimulant effects may be especially pronounced in higher than recommended dosage, the thermogenic effects are what you need to be especially careful of. You may also experience less serious side effects such as nausea, dizziness, anxiety, restlessness, headache, loss of appetite, and irritability. Do not take this Ephedra Tincture with other stimulants as this may increase the effects of both and be potentially dangerous.
