Returns & Exchanges
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for unopened items, in a re-sellable condition, for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please email us at coal.harbour.pharmacy@gmail.com with your order number and the item you are looking to return. A Coal Harbour Pharmacy customer service representative will contact you to complete the process.
Certain items, such as perishable items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, gift cards or clearance items are not eligible for return. Returns more than $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
