Product Description
Each capsule contains a guaranteed minimum of 10 billion CFU (colony forming units) and provides two different strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus as well as Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bifidobacterium animalis.
Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) is also included in this formula to specifically assist in re-establishing and maintaining a normal “healthy" intestinal flora (good bacteria).
Studies show that an overgrowth of “bad bacteria" leads to a lowered immune-system. This is caused by an impure water supply, antibiotics, pesticides, processed foods and stress.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
As a dietary supplement, adults, adolescents and children (6 years and older), take 1 capsule 2 times daily with meals, at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
